The 2024-2025 theater season of the Municipality of Cerignola offers a rich and varied program featuring nine performances, spanning from drama to music, with forays into Opera and inclusivity. This year, the season is enriched by a series of events dedicated to schools, with the "La scena dei ragazzi" section, designed to introduce younger audiences to the world of theater through stories that blend fantasy and reality. The performances, which will take place at the ‘Roma Teatro Cinema E...’ while awaiting the reopening of the Teatro Mercadante, will kick off on December 10th with the psychological and metaphysical comedy "Chi è io?" and continue with musical events, such as the tribute to Lucio Dalla and Lucio Battisti in "Lucio incontra Lucio", as well as classical works like Verdi’s "La Traviata", and great comedic and dramatic theater moments like "Contrattempi moderni". Special attention will also be given to performances accessible to people with disabilities, including shows for the deaf and blind, such as “Mbira” and “Je vous aime”. With a focus on culture, inclusivity, and dance, the season aims to be truly a "theater for everyone", with artistic direction by Savino Zaba and support from experts like Giulia Traversi to ensure maximum accessibility. Tickets for the performances will be available online via Vivaticket, with a subscription opportunity starting on October 28th, and tickets will also be available for purchase directly at the Teatro Roma Cinema box office.
