Organized by Kailash Centro Yoga ASD, sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, from May 5 to July 14, at the Vigna d’Archi. An opportunity to begin the day with awareness, through breath, movement, and direct contact with nature. Guided sessions help restore balance, energy, and inner calm, بعيد from daily noise and in harmony with the natural rhythm of the surrounding environment.
