Our mission
Exporting the authentic flavor of the Puglia it produces, the Puglia of sunny fields where the air is pure and the earth, artfully cared for, offers magnificent creations that are expertly transformed into delicious treats.
The Mastrototaro Food brand, recognized nationally and internationally for its seriousness and professionalism, specializes in this. The secret is knowing how to be artisans of goodness, taking care of all the phases of the supply chain at home. Only in this way, knowing all the products from sowing to potting, can excellence be achieved. And the Mastrototaro family, on excellence, built its history.
Behind the exquisite and genuine products of Mastrototaro Food, highly appreciated on the national and international market, there is a family. Authentic people, with a history of commitment, sacrifice, cohesion, passion and love for their work. Qualities that are passed down from generation to generation, as did father Giacomo and mother Grazia, who since 1956, in addition to producing wooden packaging for fruit and vegetables, have taken care of our farm, later received as a dowry from their sons Mauro, Giulio and Roberto, with the latter now engaged in “Mastrototaro Wood”.
In those sunny, sun-kissed lands, where the air is pure and the smell of a century-old tradition can be smelled, we cultivate and harvest our produce, with care and love, sacrifice and commitment, expertise and dedication. We work the gifts of our land following traditional rites and recipes, focusing on craftsmanship and, within 24 hours, we package the jars, to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the vegetables, using real extra virgin olive oil also produced by us.
