The secret to our success...

The Vallarella family's love story is one. It began around 1920. We are born producers and become processors of our production in 1986 with the opening of an oil mill in the city centre of Andria. In the new millennium, strong in counting on new innovations to produce a product of the highest quality, we have decided to go beyond ourselves in the construction of the new crusher that counts the latest cutting-edge technologies and of which we can be proud as the ONLY one in ITALY.

A passion for organic...

Our company is entirely organic, we take care of our olive groves according to organic regulations, the time between harvesting and milling is 24 hours and the extraction is cold to ensure that the final product has all the organoleptic characteristics that a good oil product must have.
