Characteristics: By vinifying red grapes "in white," a white wine with amber hues is obtained, presenting notes of ripe fruit and vanilla. On the palate, it is decisively structured yet elegant with a persistent and voluminous finish.
Pairings: Excellent for enhancing flavorful first courses with seafood sauces; also great with aged cheeses and desserts.
Serving Temperature: Serve at 10-12°C.
