Characteristics: Light ruby color with coral reflections, intense and fruity bouquet with notes of strawberry and cherry; fresh, fruity palate with pleasant acidity, long and dry finish.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif. It pairs very well with seafood appetizers, light soups, baked fish, and white meats.
Serving Temperature: Serve at 10-12°C.
