As part of the “Barletta – 42nd Musical Season 2025/2026” programme, Teatro Curci hosts one of its most anticipated events: “Pur di far Spettacolo”, the new theatrical work by Paolo Belli, written together with Alberto Di Risio.
The show represents the natural evolution of the previous production “Pur di fare Commedia”, already praised by both audiences and critics, and it is an authentic, ironic, and engaging narrative of the artist’s career and life. On stage, Belli moves between acting and music, alternating hilarious anecdotes, improbable auditions, and encounters with eccentric yet brilliant characters, offering a sincere glimpse into the world of entertainment.
Accompanied by his band — Juan Carlos Albelo Zamora, Gabriele Costantini, Mauro Parma, Enzo Proietti, Gaetano Puzzutiello, Peppe Stefanelli, and Paolo Varoli — the artist creates a dynamic and engaging show, where songs, reinterpreted in a new style, intertwine with moments of storytelling and reflection. There are also more intimate passages, where direct dialogue with the audience becomes an integral part of the performance.
“Pur di far Spettacolo” is much more than a concert or a theatrical play: it is an immersive experience made of emotions, laughter, and memories, in which Paolo Belli tells his story without filters, carried by recollections and sharing with the audience the human and artistic journey that brought him here.
