After the success of "Mine Vaganti" in the previous season, Ferzan Ozpetek presents a new theatrical adaptation of one of his cinematic hits, "Magnifica Presenza." The story follows Pietro, a young man from Catania with aspirations of becoming an actor, who moves to Rome. However, his life in the new residence is disturbed by strange presences, visible only to him; they are a bizarre theatrical company with whom he later forms a friendship. Pitying him, his cousin tries to cure him of these constant hallucinations, but Pietro instead tries to delve into the story, seeking to understand the reasons that keep these ghosts in the present.
