Who we are:

"We cultivate them, we transform them" is not just a slogan but the concrete reality of a company like Conserve Alimentari Futuragri, which has been transforming and marketing Puglia's tomatoes under its Rosso Gargano brand for years. These tomatoes are carefully cultivated by the same members of the company in fields surrounding or close to it. The strength of the company lies in the ability to process the tomatoes just a few hours after harvest, ensuring a product of high quality and freshness. Within the company premises, there is a Point of Sale where customers can purchase Rosso Gargano products as well as wines and more from Cantine Teanum, a sister company that follows the same quality principles.

We cultivate them:

Tomatoes have been fortunate to find in the land of Puglia the most suitable conditions to grow, thirsty for water and filled with the southern sun. As farmers, we choose together the most suitable varieties for each soil, utilizing drip irrigation in our fields because water is precious. In fact, for some varieties such as cherry tomatoes and datterini tomatoes, we are able to use seawater from the nearby coastal lake of Lesina – you should taste the difference!

Tomatoes are our life, and we hold them dear, even knowing that they heavily exploit the soil. This obliges us to practice crop rotation, but in our cultivations, it is always the red fruit that makes the difference. Our love for this fruit drives us to care for it from sowing to harvest, with great attention and the conviction to preserve all of its properties.

We transform them:

In our history as producers, deciding to join forces and establish our own facility was an important choice, one that leads to real results. We did it with the intention of minimizing the processing time of our tomatoes and being able to personally oversee the entire process from field to table.

Our company employs individuals who handle the tomatoes with special care and have a concept of quality that respects the work, the product, and those who consume it. Stepping into the facility and smelling the aroma of fresh tomatoes is a gratifying experience that fills us with pride and compensates us for our hard work and concerns. Today, our tomatoes, which undergo essential processing without any additives, have the privilege of reaching the table as if they were just picked, carrying all the flavors of this land.
