Fattoria Giuntoli di Sante Giuntoli
From our land to you.
The Company
Let's get to know each other better.
May we? Allow us to introduce ourselves.
We are Michele Maria, Raffaele, and Samuele, aged 2, 7, and 14 respectively, and we are the latest generation of the Giuntoli family who manages the farm of the same name: "FATTORIA GIUNTOLI"... exactly.
We are located in the valley surrounding the town of Troia, a few kilometers from Foggia, the provincial capital in northern Puglia.
Our family has been managing this "magical" place for about a century. So, our great-grandparents were farmers, as were our grandparents and parents, and now us...
Well! We are young, but having always breathed the air of the "farm", we have an innate passion for the land, animals, and nature.
Attention!
Our farm is indeed a traditional family-run farm, but at the same time, it looks towards the future.
Our grandparents Anna and Santino, and our uncle Giovanni, being agronomists, oversee the agronomic management of the farm and coordinate activities for the production of raw materials on the farm, such as wheat, tomatoes, and other vegetables that are then processed in the farm's workshop.
Then there's Uncle Gabriele, our "Superman."
He is the mind and the hands of the farm. We see him every day engaged in a thousand things like plowing a field, planting seeds, pruning trees, or harvesting their fruits.
And he's also a great chef.
Indeed! Because having achieved important qualifications in the restaurant industry, including the Advanced Course in Italian Cuisine at Alma - The International School of Italian Cuisine - he has acquired all the knowledge over time that allows him to transform the agricultural products he cultivates with the skilled hands and refined palate of a chef. And he takes care of all the recipes and transformation processes of each product made in the farm's workshop.
Then there are the other children of Grandpa Santino and Grandma Anna: Francesco, Cecilia, and Pietro, our parents, who, although having different professions outside the farm, are always ready to provide support when needed.
This is our "family" and our "farm"... which is actually the same thing.
Michele Maria, Raffaele, and Samuele,
The grandchildren
