The Company

The story:

Fiordelisi has established itself in the production of dehydrated vegetables, offering a perfect synthesis of tradition and innovation in its products. This gives the company the flexibility needed to meet the demands of the most discerning economic actors, including foreign customers and large-scale distribution.

If the land could speak, it would tell the story of Fiordelisi, a story that sprouted in 1954 in the fertile plains of Apulia, the Tavoliere, a place known since ancient times as a fertile ground for agriculture. It would tell of the passion and dedication of Antonio Fiordelisi, the family patriarch and founder of the company, who was the first to dedicate himself to the cultivation and production of vegetables in those rich sun-kissed lands.

In 1978, his four sons joined the project, which was already beginning to take on the shape of something great. Valuable allies were the sun and the mild, dry climate characteristic of the area, which favored the initial experiments in the production and preservation of sun-dried tomatoes, now a pride and strength of Fiordelisi. The climate and the natural suitability of the soil for vegetable cultivation contributed to rewarding the efforts and passion of the four brothers. In 1995, after extensive and careful research aimed at ensuring the highest quality in full respect of nature and genuineness, the first production of semi-dried tomatoes saw the light.

The production process:

The cultivation methods implemented in Fiordelisi's agricultural farms are cutting-edge but developed according to the principles of soil and health preservation. The techniques for drying and preserving vegetables have been refined over time.

Careful selection and sowing: We carefully select seeds using advanced technologies and a team of professionals.

Cultivation and harvesting: We prioritize cultivation methods that do not alter soil fertility while respecting natural resources.

Treatments: Each product is processed using different and specific preservation methods according to its nature.

Packaging: We are capable of serving all market operators, offering customized packaging and recipes.
