Informations

The Mother Church of the Santissimo Salvatore (Faeto) was built in 1570 using the remains of the ancient castle, although it was remodeled in subsequent years, starting in the late 1800s.

The Mother Church was built mainly to stop the arrival of the Waldensian followers.

The church of Faeto has a wonderful Renaissance-style facade of gray stone; it preserves works of a certain value and a precious collection of sacred vestments.
