Informations
Roseto Summer 2025 has officially begun, a rich calendar of events promoted by the Municipality of Roseto Valfortore in collaboration with the Pro Loco Tourist Association, local organizations, and the invaluable contribution of volunteers. The program, running from June to October, is designed to enliven the village with cultural events, concerts, folk festivals, and entertainment for all ages.
Among the most anticipated highlights are the Mirko Casadei concert (July 24), the musical Notre Dame de Paris staged by the Acrobata company (August 3), and MAGICAMENTE, an evening of magic and music (August 5). Also drawing attention are the music show Onde Radio (August 23) and the numerous tribute bands dedicated to iconic artists such as Lucio Battisti, Lucio Dalla, Jovanotti, and Ligabue, along with ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s music revivals.
Music lovers can also look forward to a performance by Danilo Sacco, former lead singer of the legendary Italian band Nomadi (July 28), and to traditional folk music events featuring the Folk Group (July 18) and La Grande Banda del Cilento (July 26).
Tradition and spirituality are at the heart of events like the Torchlight Procession in honor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (July 16), the Grain Festival (July 18–19), and the Welcome Festival (July 24–25), the latter featuring a Street Art showcase in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts.
Local cuisine and authentic flavors will also take center stage, with a variety of food festivals: Porchetta Festival (July 4), Veal Festival (July 12), and the Truffle Festival (August 2). Themed evenings like Nature in Celebration (July 11) and Roseto Under the Stars (August 10) will combine gastronomy, live music, and stargazing under the Fortore skies.
The summer season will culminate on September 21 with Wild Roads Roseto, a closing event bringing together bikers, street performers, and food lovers in a celebration that blends nature, art, and engines.
Roseto Summer 2025 also includes children’s workshops, theatrical performances, dance nights, DJ sets, spiritual moments, and outdoor activities such as trekking, excursions, guided tours, and e-bike rides. In October, the event series will conclude with a Truffle Fair, spotlighting the prized local black truffle and regional gourmet specialties, with the participation of local producers and chefs.
A summer filled with energy and authenticity for those seeking to rediscover the joy of togetherness in one of Italy’s most beautiful villages.
