In the green of the Gargano the Agriturismo Biorussi was born, a place that welcomes you in a hospitable environment immersed in a unique landscape, surrounded by olive trees that give an immediate feeling of freedom and well-being. Here, in the Carpino area, you will be moved by the flavors and aromas of the past, those of a landscape cultivated with care by man and colored by nature.

From the farm you can easily reach all the renowned locations of the Gargano or choose to visit Lake Varano, a stone's throw away, with its unique unforgettable sunsets.

The structure has bright rooms with every comfort, comfortable and elegant furnishings that will give moments of pleasant rest, made even more special by the intense flavors of the tasty buffet breakfasts served in an old restored stable. There is a large private car park and a green space where children can play safely.

The family-run agritourism company covers an area of about thirty hectares and produces high quality organic extra virgin olive oil with respect for nature. Finally, our garden gives us vegetables and vegetables in season, the same ones that you will taste at the table with the dishes of the Gargano and Apulian tradition.
