Informations

In the heart of Alberona stands the magnificent church of San Rocco, initially built in the 16th century, later demolished to build the residence of the Cassitto family and finally rebuilt on the ruins of the house.

Inside there is a statue of San Martino from the disappeared church of the same name, the precious simulacrum of Santa Brigida in Lecce papier-mâché and an eighteenth-century wooden organ.
