"The Feast of San Sebastiano" takes place every January 20th in Accadia. It is customary for people to gather and make a bonfire in honor of San Sebastiano, offering local dishes. The most beautiful bonfire wins the Palio di San Sebastiano.

The patronal feast of Accadia reaches its most evocative moment during the lighting of the neighborhood bonfires, followed by songs, music, and dances. Each district prepares and lights its own bonfire, creating a real competition that involves everyone.
