Informations

Delifest is the new summer festival that transforms Deliceto into a vibrant hub of culture, dialogue, and entertainment. Designed to bring together the local community and welcome visitors from across Italy, the event features a series of evening talks with prominent figures from the Italian cultural and entertainment scene. The first part of the festival will take place from July 4th to 6th, with free admission to all events, held at 9:00 PM in the atmospheric courtyard of the Deliceto elementary school. A second part of the festival, entirely dedicated to live music, will follow from August 12th to 15th.

The festival opens on Friday, July 4th, with a special evening titled “Dedicated to Naples”, a journey through words, music, and images celebrating the soul of the Neapolitan city. On stage will be actor and director Giovanni Esposito, Neapolitan culture communicator Amedeo Colella, artist and photographer Riccardo Piccirillo, RAI presenter Francesca Silvestre, and musician Fabrizio Mandara with voice and guitar.

On Saturday, July 5th, journalist, director, and host Pino Strabioli will take the stage for a dialogue with Licia Colò, a longtime advocate for sustainable tourism and the beauty of the planet, known for her television work and published books.

Sunday, July 6th, Pino Strabioli returns to host a conversation with Mario Tozzi, a geologist, scientific communicator, essayist, and beloved TV host of programs like 'Sapiens – One Planet', known for his passionate storytelling about the wonders and vulnerabilities of the natural world.

Delifest is one of the key initiatives of Mystica Harmonia, a project promoted by the Municipality of Deliceto and funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Its goal is to make Deliceto a “village to live in 365 days a year” by enhancing the town’s cultural, artistic, and human heritage. The festival is also a platform for reflecting on the future of the area, encouraging dialogue between residents, young people, professionals, and delicetani living elsewhere who return to reconnect and share their experiences and ideas.

As highlighted by Mayor Pasquale Bizzarro and Adriana Natale, Councilor for Culture and Tourism, the initiative aims to create new cultural, social, and economic opportunities through a network of events, artistic residencies, idea competitions, and community-driven activities designed to generate lasting value. Delifest is just the beginning of a summer dedicated to beauty, knowledge, and meaningful encounters.
