The Company

Family-run Agricultural Company located in the Daunian Mountains.

We cultivate grains using ancient methods, including Senatore Cappelli, and process them using a natural stone mill, perfecting the transformation of high-quality food products at 0 km.

For example, our Agrigiò Cicatelli, made with water and "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat semolina, have a low glycemic index.

We produce various types of flours, suitable even for those with minor gluten intolerances.
