The Company
The passion for wine has a long history in the Casiero family. It's a challenge that has involved all family members over time, being passed down from father to son. Juvara is an agricultural company that is indeed a family-run business, taking dedicated care of every aspect of the winemaking process.
The meticulously cultivated vineyards cover an area of about four hectares in the Supparte district of the municipality of Lucera, in the heart of the Tavoliere delle Puglie. The viticultural tradition in this area dates back to ancient times, with vine cultivation already present during the Greek-Roman era.
Juvara is the name of the district, located in the heart of the Tavoliere just a few kilometers from the vineyards, where the transformation of the product takes place. In the modern facility, the construction of the winery began in 2010, aiming to complete the agri-food supply chain.
