The Company

The Masseria Canestrello has been producing high-quality durum wheat in Puglia for generations, respecting the nature and the vital cycles of its lands in the Monti Dauni territory, in Candela and Roseto Valfortore.

After the harvest, our wheat is analyzed by an accredited Accredia laboratory, which certifies it as free from traces of glyphosate, agrochemicals, and mycotoxins.

From its ears, we obtain the durum wheat semolina used to artisanally produce our pasta, which is rough, digestible, rich in nutrients, and always cooked al dente.
