The exclusive privilege of extra comfort hospitality in the green of the Umbra Forest, the deep heart of the Gargano National Park.

Where the breath of the wildest and most uncontaminated nature meets the sparkling breeze of the Adriatic Sea, the Elda Hotel rises, exactly in the center of the "integral nature reserve" of the Umbra Forest, one of the most important in Europe. Immersed in the lush vegetation of this sublime oasis of over 10,000 hectares at 800 meters above sea level, the Elda Hotel represents an innovative garrison for the protection and enhancement of the naturalistic habitat of the well-known Apulian Park. In fact, the structure is the result of a complex eco-sustainable project for the recovery of the historic hotel-refuge, inaugurated in 1940, one of the first in the province of Foggia, which for decades has been a point of reference for the entire Montagna del Sole, the Gargano promontory.

An oasis among the secular beech woods of the Umbra Forest.

An elegant building, reconstructed through a meticulous search for materials and energy solutions suitable to ensure minimal environmental impact to the precious ecosystem, to restore the pleasure of staying in the embrace of the Forest, a few kilometers from the most beautiful coasts of Puglia.

Since 2017, the ancient beech woods have been recognized as a Natural World Heritage Site by Unesco and the extraordinary biodiversity of its flora and fauna make it one of the most popular destinations for travel and holiday enthusiasts to discover the nature of the Mediterranean and its most extraordinary.
