On Thursday, June 4, 2026, Torremaggiore welcomes “Il Cantastorie a Pedali”, a show designed for children and families that combines narration, music, and fantasy in a fun and surprising journey. A special event that closes Amicomiolibro's activities and celebrates reading as the gateway to wonder.
Conceived and directed by Dino Parrotta, the show is presented by the Compagnia Teatro dei Leggeri with Dino Parrotta and Loris Leoci. At the center of the scene is an extravagant bicycle “side car” built from recycled pieces, which becomes a mobile stage, a fantasy machine, and an opportunity to meet children: while pedaling, a gigantic book flips through its pages, transforming the narrative into an invitation to fly with the imagination.
The proposal comes to life with masks, musical instruments, comic magic, and everyday objects, in an interactive narrative capable of engaging younger audiences with lightness and enchantment.
The event is scheduled in two shifts, at 9:30 and 11:00, at Torremaggiore, as part of the series “La Scena dei Ragazzi 2025/26”;
