Elda Cantine was established about twenty years ago among the hilly slopes of Troia, an ancient city nestled in the Daunian Mountains in the northern part of Puglia, in the province of Foggia.
In the wide selection of wines produced, Nero di Troia represents the cornerstone: an ancient indigenous grape variety cultivated for centuries in this area due to the unique characteristics of its terroir.
Our story
A project dedicated to Marcello Salvatori's mother, Elda, our story begins with his work in the field of renewable energy. It is a story with a green soul, founded on the principles of sustainability, biocompatibility, and ethics, which continues today with the opening of the first Elda Hotel, immersed in the ancient greenery of the Foresta Umbra, the heart of the Gargano National Park.
