We are in Puglia, in the Dauni Mountains. The art of making pasta belongs to our land, it is part of our traditions, it is part of us. Our pasta is born here, in an ancient and extraordinary land, the ideal place to grow healthy and high-quality wheat.
Our pasta is made only from semolina, which results in a high protein content that makes it firm when cooked and highly digestible due to its low starch content.
