Located in the heart of the Gargano National Park, in Puglia, the Giorgio farmhouse is an excellent starting and ending point for excursions to the Apulian tourist centers of naturalistic and cultural interest. Immersed in the green of olive trees and not far from the sea, Agriturismo Giorgio offers a true oasis of tranquility and an inviting opportunity to relax.

Set on the rugged hills of Mattinata, the ancient structure of the Agriturismo Giorgio is suspended between history and nature. Not far from famous tourist destinations in Puglia such as San Michele Arcangelo, Vieste, the Tremiti Islands, it is an oasis immersed in tranquility in which to find that authentic tradition and rural beauty intact.

The structure of the farmhouse has very ancient origins. Since 1857 the Bisceglia family has been dedicated to the cultivation of olive groves in the countryside of Mattinata and to the production of extra virgin olive oil at their own oil mill, a large stone structure destined to be handed down from generation to generation. Today, the large oil mill and the adjoining spaces used for the transformation of the products of the fields, welcome the Agriturismo Giorgio. The structure, recently renovated in a country chic style, houses the still functioning oil mill equipped with the latest technologies in the sector, the museum dedicated to the peasant life of Puglia full of furnishings of everyday life and relics of ancestors, the restaurant, the swimming pool , relaxation areas and elegant villas surrounded by olive groves.

The swimming pool with sea view surrounded by olive trees is part of the philosophy of our farmhouse. A place where unspoiled nature gives our guests an experience of harmonious satisfaction.

The ingredients used for the preparation of the dishes in the Agriturismo Giorgio restaurant come from our countryside. The rich breakfasts, lunches or dinners are characterized by good Apulian food.
