The great tour of taste stops in the Daunian capital for four days dedicated to global gastronomic excellence, featuring craft beers and flavors without borders.

Following the success of previous editions, the International Street Food caravan—Italy's most important street food event—returns once again to Foggia. Organized by Alfredo Orofino (President of A.I.R.S.), the event will transform the Campi Diomedei Archaeological Park into a true global village.

From the iconic Apulian bombette and caciocavallo impiccato to the exotic flavors of Mexican, Argentine, and Greek cuisine, visitors can embark on a unique and unmissable sensory journey. The event will also feature the best craft microbreweries and a wide selection of traditional desserts. Special attention is given to inclusivity, with numerous stands offering gluten-free food and beverage options.


 Location: Campi Diomedei Archaeological Park, Foggia (Access from Via Alfredo Guglielmi).

Thursday, May 14: from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Friday, May 15: from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Saturday, May 16: from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
