A journey through flavors, aromas, and stories of the territory: on Thursday, May 14, 2026, Moody al Campanile hosts a new edition of Racconti di Gusto, an exclusive limited‑seating tasting event that brings together signature cuisine and selected wines.
At 9:00 PM, in the welcoming atmosphere of the venue on Via Campanile 65 in Manfredonia, guests will enjoy a guided gastronomic experience alongside the producers, with special guest Cantina Angiuli Donato, a renowned Apulian winery known for its work with Primitivo and other native grape varieties.
The evening features a tasting menu designed to highlight the harmony between dishes and wines:
Catalan‑style shrimp salad with cherry tomatoes and vegetable crudités, paired with the classic‑method Ru
Gnocchetti with fresh fava bean pesto, cuttlefish, and almond flakes, served with dry Moscato
Sea bass roulade with pickled vegetables, paired with Maccone Primitivo Rosato
Cantucci and almond pastries, served with a Nero di Troia passito
Menu: €40 — including cover charge, water, and wine pairing.
