We are Mastro Sapore. We have been fortunate to sprout in Puglia, the "Granary of Italy." What we are, we owe to the air, water, and wheat of our land.
Our love for pasta has accompanied us from the beginning. With great curiosity, knowledge of past practices, and a modern and innovative approach, the most delicious stories are born.
Falling in love with pasta has been the most beautiful experience that could happen to us. We dedicate all our time to its production, strictly following artisanal methods. And we put in a lot of effort to make it so delicious!
We meticulously select only the best durum wheat from Puglia. We knead the purest semolina with fresh water, extrude it through bronze dies, and finally, patiently wait for it to dry gently.
