As every year, the National Association for Technological Addictions, Gambling Disorders and Cyberbullying brings the Disconnect Day to Foggia: a full day dedicated to digital awareness, open to everyone — families, schools, and citizens.
On May 22, 2026, at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Foggia, you will find workshops, talks, screenings and many other activities designed to help us reflect on our relationship with technology.
At the entrance, you will hand over your smartphone: it will be sealed in front of your eyes inside an opaque pouch, which you will keep with you at all times.
For an entire day, you will rediscover the world without filters, without notifications, and without distractions.
