In recent years, Capitanata has established itself as an increasingly dynamic presence in the Italian sparkling wine scene, thanks to wineries that have invested in quality and the enhancement of local identity. The Festival was created precisely to tell this story, offering the public an immersive experience among tastings, encounters, and in-depth moments.
The program unfolds over three days combining tastings, cultural moments, and convivial experiences:

Taste Workshop: “Miseria e Nobiltà: pancotto meets the Traditional Method”
A sensory experience that brings together gastronomic tradition and quality sparkling wines. (tasting ticket).

Conference: “The Traditional Method in Capitanata: current state and perspectives”
A moment for discussion and insight into the present and future of the sector. (free entry)

An evening event featuring tastings and a convivial atmosphere.

At the Villa Comunale
Convivial dinner with live music
Final event with tastings from the eight participating wineries, local food stands, and live musical entertainment. (tasting ticket)
