A Foggia torna la stand-up comedy che non fa sconti
Informations
The Piccola Compagnia Impertinente once again lights up the stage at Via Castiglione 49 with the fourth edition of its Stand-Up Comedy series, confirming its role as a key venue for live comedy in the city. Four Friday nights, from November to April 2026, will bring together sharp irony, intelligent satire, and some of the most interesting voices on the Italian stand-up scene.
The program features a mix of well-established performers and emerging talents already recognized as original voices in Italian comedy. Each artist brings a distinct style, promising evenings that will make audiences laugh — and reflect.
The series opens on Friday, November 28, with Giorgio Magri, one of the most controversial and irreverent figures in Italian stand-up. Known for his “insult comedy,” he has appeared in multiple seasons of Stand-Up Comedy on Comedy Central Italia (second, fourth, and sixth seasons). His sharp, provocative, no-mercy style makes him the perfect act to kick off a bold and uncompromising lineup.
The second event takes place on Friday, December 12, featuring Saverio Raimondo — stand-up comedian, writer, radio and television host, and voice actor. His special Il Satiro Parlante is available on Netflix in 190 countries. From his early work as a writer for Serena Dandini to creating the late-night show CCN – Comedy Central News, Raimondo brings to the stage a style that blends satire and social commentary with clarity and wit.
On Friday, February 13, the spotlight turns to Velia Lalli, one of the first — and for a long time the only — women in Italian stand-up comedy. She debuted in 2009 with the collective Satiriasi and has since developed a distinctive voice marked by sharp, disenchanted humor. Her monologues tackle themes such as loneliness, relationships, aging, and social hypocrisy, offering a strong and direct female perspective.
The series concludes on Friday, April 3, with Monir Ghassem, an emerging voice in Italian stand-up. Describing herself as “the extremely frustrated graduate,” she humorously explores precarious work, adulthood, and the expectations that come with turning thirty — delivering generational comedy that feels authentic and relatable.
The Piccola Compagnia Impertinente offers season subscriptions with reserved seating. For individual performances, seating will be unassigned.
