Informations

The festival, dedicated to celebrating and promoting Puglian extra virgin olive oil and oleotourism, will go on the road: between November and December, it will reach nine towns across the Gargano with FèXtra Experience, a spin-off offering a food experience connecting nature and culture. The traveling events will kick off on Friday, November 1, and Sunday, November 3, in Mattinata, featuring tastings and performances. The journey continues in Manfredonia (Saturday, November 9), San Marco in Lamis (Sunday, November 10), San Giovanni Rotondo (Saturday, November 16), Monte Sant’Angelo (Sunday, November 17), Vico del Gargano (Saturday, November 23), Peschici (Sunday, November 24), Carpino (Saturday, November 30), Ischitella (Saturday, December 1), and will close in Mattinata on December 7 and 8.


Launched in Mattinata in 2021, the project is organized by the Municipality in collaboration with the SCOPRO Agency (Strategies for COmmunication and PROmotion) and is promoted by Ecogargano and the regional tourism agency Pugliapromozione, with the support of the municipalities of Carpino, Ischitella, Manfredonia, Monte Sant’Angelo, Peschici, San Giovanni Rotondo, San Marco in Lamis, and Vico del Gargano. Partners include Città dell’Olio, IgersItalia, Slow Food Puglia, AIS Puglia, Puglia Travel Agency, Visit Gargano, and Inchiostro di Puglia.
