Al Castello di Torremaggiore la mostra 'Banksy or Not Banksy'

From June 20, 2025, to January 10, 2026, the historic halls of the Ducal Castle of Torremaggiore, at Via Luigi Rossi 10, will host the exhibition “Banksy or Not Banksy”, a fascinating journey into contemporary art between provocation and reflection.

The event is conceived and organized by the Cooperativa Mare Laboratorio di innovazione sociale, curated by Bruno Ialuna, with organizational secretariat by Francesca Merz and Diana Lamura, and exhibition design by Faar Di Gianluigi Fiorella, based on a project by Nicola Nottoli.

The exhibition will feature 43 works by Banksy, the so-called Not Banksy, and another 14 international artists, inviting visitors to question the meaning of authenticity, signature, and message in contemporary art.

“Banksy or Not Banksy” offers an exhibition path through the iconic imagery of the British artist and the interpretations of other creators who have reworked his style and concepts.

A must-see event for art lovers, the curious, and anyone wishing to immerse themselves in one of the most debated and fascinating cultural phenomena of recent years.
