🍇 Special guest: Leonardo Pallotta, the "Architect" of wine, a passionate winemaker who has spent years letting his connection to the land and the rhythm of the seasons guide his production of quality wines in his small San Severo winery.


🍷 Wine tasting led by Matteo Melcangi, AIS Puglia’s third-best sommelier of 2024.


🍝🍷 A tasting of 4 wines, paired with 4 courses, from appetizer to dessert.
