Candela Transforms into the Christmas Village with a Full Calendar of Events

From November 22, 2024, to January 6, 2025, Candela (FG) will embrace the holiday season with a variety of events and activities for all ages. The celebration begins on November 22 at 6:00 pm with the opening of the Santa Claus House and the lighting ceremony in the enchanting setting of Piazza Plebiscito and Corso Vittorio Emanuele III.

Santa Claus House and Attractions

From November 23 to January 6, Palazzo Ripandelli will host the popular Santa Claus House along with the Toy Museum and Candela Brick Art – Lego Exhibition. Admission is 8 €, and free for children under 2. The opening hours are:

Weekdays: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm / 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Holidays: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm / 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Christmas Markets

The traditional Christmas Markets will bring Piazza Plebiscito and Corso Vittorio Emanuele III to life from November 22 to January 4, offering unique crafts and gift ideas. On November 22, the markets will open at 6:00 pm, while from November 23 they will be open on weekdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and on holidays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Animated Village Tours

On weekends and selected dates, visitors can join the Animated Village Tours, a theatrical tour of the historic center held at 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Dates to mark include:

November 24, December 1, December 8, December 15, December 22, December 28, and January 5.

Special Events

The calendar also includes unique events, such as the Immaculate Conception Bonfire on December 7 at 8:00 pm in Piazza Plebiscito, and the Epiphany Flight on January 6 around 7:30 pm.
