In this intimate setting, the audience is invited to the family restaurant on its last day of operation. A threat looms over the establishment, risking to turn the traditional restaurant into a fast-food joint, jeopardizing the ritual of the table and the pleasure of sharing.
The restaurant owners are faced with a choice: continue to uphold the tradition of the family restaurant or succumb to the modernity of fast consumption. This decision leads to the recounting of a family saga closely linked to food and the preparation of a special dish: the traditional family tomato sauce.
Through words, actions, and sounds, food becomes the olfactory and visual backdrop, the protagonist of the stories that unfold during dinner. An engaging theatrical experience that invites the audience to reflect on the value of tradition, sharing, and culinary pleasure.
