The Mercadante Theatre of Cerignola is an important cultural venue located in the city of Cerignola, in the Puglia region of Italy. This theater is named after Saverio Mercadante, a famous 19th-century Italian composer who played a significant role in the history of opera music.

Constructed based on the design by the architect Leopoldo Vaccaro, it was inaugurated in 1868. In its current configuration, it has two tiers of boxes, which replaced the original three tiers following two renovations of the building.
