The Genoa of singer-songwriters at the Baglioni Auditorium in Andria

The Genoa of the Singer-Songwriters – Between Land and Sea,  a show dedicated to the great Genoese singer-songwriter tradition, which forever changed Italian popular music.

The performance retraces the poetic world of artists such as Fabrizio De André, Luigi Tenco, Gino Paoli, Bruno Lauzi, and Ivano Fossati, through anecdotes, stories, and musical interpretations that recreate the cultural atmosphere of an extraordinary generation. From the famous “Crêuza de mä” to the songs that told the story of the sea, the city, and the human spirit, the show takes the audience into the world of the Genoese singer-songwriter school, which emerged between the late 1950s and early 1960s under the influence of rock, jazz, and the French chanson tradition. It is a world made of poetry, introspection, and expressive freedom, where music was able to turn social unease into universal storytelling.

On stage, the protagonists will be Vito Di Leo, piano and vocals, and Giuliano Ciliberti, vocals, two performers capable of bringing to life a concert-story that blends artistic sensitivity, theatricality, and a passion for songwriting. Vito Di Leo, a singer, actor, and vocal coach from Conversano, and Giuliano Ciliberti, a Bari-born artist known for his “cantattore” style, will guide the audience through an intense and refined tribute to the great Genoese songwriters.

The event will take place in Andria, at the Auditorium Riccardo Baglioni in P.le Gran Sasso, at 9:30 PM.
