Movement meets play and storytelling to help little ones discover their bodies and self-awareness.
In a world that runs faster and faster, the "La Tela" association, in collaboration with Mahari Yoga, offers an event dedicated to children's well-being. The classes, led by expert Marianna Laprocina, are not just physical exercises, but true sensory journeys where storytelling and imagination become tools for learning how to relax and listen to oneself, rediscovering the beauty of "slow time" and sharing with peers.
Location: La Tela - via Michele Menichella 6F/2, Foggia.
Dates: Every Wednesday in July and September.
Information on costs and lesson packages is available upon request (a trial lesson is usually provided).
